Orion Billing Service is a claims processing and patient accounting service focused on the needs of the Addiction and Mental Health field. Your billing specialist will enter your client data, prepare statements, track authorizations, file claims, and follow up on unpaid claims.

Provider Enrollment

We can assist you in getting set up in-network with insurance companies. With provider enrollment, Orion Billing Services will research the requirements of the desired insurance comapny, assist you in the completion and submission of forms, and follow-up on the status of contracting.

Billing Training

Orion offers an onsite training for administrative and billing staff that covers billing principles and processes. During training, we review forms that are common in the billing industry, demonstrate methods for effective denied claims follow-up, and overview the best practices for a successful billing infrastructure.

Phone/Webinar Training

One on one or group sessions are available. Trainings can be customized for any topic to fit your organization's needs and are conducted using a live teleconference and web-presentation format.

Onsite Training

Orion offers a variety of in-person trainings, available on-site at your organization or our headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska. Each training session is customized to address the needs of your organization and support your treatment model.
